Community and Social Services Graduate Program

DFFH is partnering with community services organisations to invest in developing this future workforce through the Community and Social Services Graduate Program. DFFH will provide funding to participating organisations to help graduates engage in the structured program, contributing to the cost of investing in the learning and development of graduates.

Applications are still being considered for Round Two, which commences in February 2025.

There are two pathways for your organisation to participate.

1. Employ a newly qualified graduate looking to start their career in community services.

2. Nominate an existing employee who meets the eligibility criteria above and was employed by your organisation within the last 12 months.
