Elizabeth Morgan House is now open on Wednesdays at the Carlton Baths. Elizabeth Morgan House has joined with Melbourne City Council as part of the Victorian Government’s Free from Violence Local Government Program, to establish a crucial initiative: providing a safe haven for Aboriginal women and their children within the Melbourne area.
